062: Pause, until 2025

Pause (for now)

Firstly, thank you for being part of the journey of The Sales Mastermind Newsletter so far.

I’ve been publishing more or less weekly since mid-2023, and I hope you have been learning and growing from the tips, tricks, and ideas.

I have gotten so much out of the newsletter, weirdly, maybe too much. (More below)

This newsletter has helped shape ideas from thoughts to actionable processes, document sales plays I have been running for a decade, and generate a lot of client work.

It’s been such a boon. I will be back.

What’s happening with the newsletter:

One of the most complex parts of running a solo consulting business is mental time.

There is always another hour, but is it a productive hour? Should I really be working on X client right now, or is this time better spent with my daughter, my wife, or even washing up the dishes?

Hence, you may have noticed that the consistency of newsletters dropped in the last two months because I am mentally tapped out.

I am taking my first actual holiday since 2023 in November, and a metaphoric holiday from this newsletter until next year.

In the background, I am working on a 2025 project that should, all things going well, allow me to hire my first employee and add some scale to the business. It’s exciting, but that’s all I will share for now.
